Terms & Conditions for Subscription Legal Services (Fractional General Counsel New for York and Texas Businesses)

  • Auto billed monthly rate is for priority access to business lawyers and included hours are an “up to” amount 
  • The monthly fee is considered earned upon receipt and compensates Raetzer PLLC for availability of services and preclusion of other work, not just the actual hours worked
  • Unused hours carry forward 1 month
  • Upgrade/downgrade anytime subject to our capacity
  • Cancellation: 30 days’ notice so we can finish any tasks and close your client file
  • “Hours” are billed in 10-minute increments; “days” are business days
  • Overage hourly billable rate is $400/hr as of 2026 (overage hours are billed every Friday on your credit card on file LESS applicable discount)
  • Access hourly usage records any time in your dedicated client portal
  • Third-party fees are billed at cost
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and New York
  • Specialty matters (e.g., litigation, tax, patent) are handled by your approved specialist lawyers, subject to separate scopes as needed aside from your Fractional General Counsel subscription plan
  • This website does not not provide legal advice; services commence upon countersigned engagement letter and conflicts clearance
  • Only valid for New York and Texas businesses
  • Client attorney relationship formed following execution of engagement letter and payment of first month
